Last night I woke up in the night and wanted to remember the dream I was having. I remembered what I had been saying about forgetting them by morning. There was a particular phrase I wanted to hold onto, so I tried in my half-awake state to come up with a mnemonic that included "blue... like the toothpaste tube." Come morning, I did remember the thing about the toothpaste tube, and so I relaxed my brain and tried to remember the rest of the phrase. Eventually it came to me: blue sugar mushroom. In the dream there was a kind of mushroom that had these blue crystals you could scrape from between the gills that were really sweet.

That's some pretty blatant psychedelic imagery - perhaps it's symbolic of your own ability to conjure it?
