A really good man died the other day. His name was Butch Grant and I have sort of known him since I was a kid. Physician's Assistant, cop, fire fighter, Mayor, soldier, author, and a few more things. Really good man. The sad (or not so sad) thing is that his wife isn't far behind

Hey I've got an idea. . .I will take of all my cloths, you can rub me down in Icy Hot and then drive me to the FREAKING ER. I managed to do something last night that effed me up. Anyways, the Frio is a nice thought but how bout we freaking go to the mountains. That would be awesome.
