if you are interested in losing weight, perhaps you should try weight watchers? i did it and i lost 30 lbs in about 4 months. best thing i have everr done.

my parents freakin LOVE weight watchers, my dad's gut just totally dissapeared out of the blue, well giles you know this sicnce you see him all the time. But just because you cant tell the difference, i can tell the difference, everyone else can too. you are your own worst critic

i think it is easily the most effective/long lasting weight loss plan out there. i just convinced my dad to join.
