I'm currently watching the drama A Gentleman's Dignity and enjoying it much more than I thought I would. The synopsis didn't sound like something I'd be interested in. It was marketed as a 'Male Sex and the City. A group of 40-something men deal with friendships, work, and love in the big city.' yeah, I'd pass on that. Yay! I'm glad you tried out A Gentleman's Dignity. I was the same way especially since the writer previously wrote Secret Garden but this turned out really good.

I agree with you on the character's interactions. I love how everyone interacts with each other. It's way more realistic because everyone has their own dynamics with each other. I love that they all have their own flaws as well. The characters actually remind me a lot of people that I've met in RL.

It's so low key and funny. I think this might be a pick me up drama that I may whip out on a rainy day in the future. I'm hoping that the writing stays solid in the future.

I also didn't care for SG, so AGD was a nice surprise.

Completely agree.

A Gentleman's Dignity makes me want to move in. I luff it so much. It completely took me by surprise, especially Jang Dong Gung. I went from "Who is the weird guy with the eyebags and the hollow cheeks? Ewwwww" to sighing every time he appears and cheering for him to get the girl.

And really, it doesn't seem like it should be so good, but the details are just perfect and the characters are completely believable.

Why yes I am feeling a little enthusiastic ...
