Ehhh, between BTGuard and TOR, I think you can still download if you want (also, I severely doubt they'd care for anything but US/UK downloads). But then I am an optimist :)

Thanks for spreading awareness. The flare of this topic died down in the past month, but I guess it's coming to full swing now. I tend to stream things, so I'm not bothered by that aspect. Even though I've always thought the government eavesdrops on us, now I know it's definitely happening.
Fundamentally, it is very sad that this is happening :/

I know several countries signed a deal. I think it's this one. I know whatever that one signed was, it was agreed they'd report Korean or Chinese downloads. ? I downloaded TOR, but not really sure if it's working.
