[Original Play] Nine to Twenty-Four Months

I wrote this for my college's first literature magazine last December. It was put into the magazine along with one other play. This one won the Editor's Choice Award. The basic plot is fairly simple: it's a one act play that has two terminally ill patients discussing one of their future funeral. I thought the idea of the two view points would be

Wow! I wasn't sure what to expect, but I enjoyed this. It was sad, yes, but there were some moments that made me laugh. I liked both Tom and Lena, and I think you did a great job here! :)

:) Thank you! I think I wanted that dark humor and that oddness, so I'm really glad you enjoyed it in those respects. I really loved writing Tom and Lena. I know have all these ideas for them and the other three patients mentioned in the play. I'd love to write more about them one day.
