Okay, so this person is Misha Collins, the actor from Supernatural that I met at DragonCon. In the episode this gif comes from, he's not playing his usual part, the angel Castiel; instead he's playing himself, only with the douchebag and twitter-fiend dials turned up to eleven. It's probably one of the funniest episodes of anything I've ever seen.
