Savannah's Unconscious In The Clinic

Savannah was here in the bed Chris had placed her in last night and still unconscious. She hadn't appeared to have moved very much during the night. She was pale, but seemed to be breathing on her own.

Chris had barely left Savannah's bedside. And he was very concerned that she hadn't woken up.

"Okay, I'm going to call Wyatt," he said.

She turned to look at Chris and there was no recognition in her face. "Who would have attacked me?" She cleared her throat. "I don't mean to be rude, because obviously you're concerned about me... but who are all of you people?"

Wyatt frowned, then touched his hand to Savannah's head and concentrated on trying to heal her again. He looked at the others and shook his head. "There's no physical damage. She should be fine, but...."

Okay, now she was getting a little frightened. "What's going on?"

"You hit your head. You're a little confused. I'm sure it's only temporary," Isabel tried to assure her.

Savannah looked at her. "Do I know you people?" There was just the smallest hint of panic starting.

"Savannah, we're your family and friends," Chris said, trying not to flail. "You don't remember us?"

Savannah shook her head slowly, her eyes starting to fill with fear. "No... I'm sorry, but I've never seen any of you before in my life."

"Savannah," Johnny said. "Look at me. Just me. Come on, sweetheart. Calm down... " He ground down on his jaw. "I'm your boyfriend."

And she was starting to panic as she turned to look at Johnny. She stared at him for a long moment, but there was no recognition in her eyes and her face crumpled.

Summer frowned, wishing there was something she could do. She tried to be reassuring. "We'll just have to help you try to remember"

How they would do that, she wasn't sure.

It pained him to see the look in her eyes, the way she didn't recognize him.

"Summer's right, we'll help you remember. Please, baby, calm down; let us deal with this and everything will be fine - it'll come back to you."

He looked up from her face, to everyone else in the room. They had to get this figured out, and sooner than later.

"Everyone needs to calm down," Chris said. "There are a lot of us. Why don't some of you clear out and give her some space? Eve and Johnny, you should both stay."

"Okay," Eve said with a nod. "Johnny, if you want to run and grab something to eat now, I'll stay with her until you get back."

Because she had a feeling that if they didn't try getting him to eat now, he wouldn't eat for hours.

"It would help if someone would tell me who everyone is before I give into the urge to scream in terror."

"No," he told Eve. Not unkindly. "I'm not hungry. I'll stay."
