I'm not eating enough.

Today I've had an iced coffee, steamed soy milk, a croissant and some juice.

Yesterday it was two cups of coffee, 1/4 of a muffin, a small bowl of chicken broth and a glass of wine. And I walked about two miles yesterday and danced for two hours.

I'm not hungry, which is the distressing part.

Anxiety? I tend to crave liquids when I'm anxious.

Not hungry sounds great until it becomes a situation where you feel you can't get proper nutrition without force feeding.

I hope this clears up soon.

maybe try to get some vitamins to supplement the lack of nutrients. I am doing that right now. I am also not eating a lot. But I am not bothered by it. lol. But I am taking a lot of vitamins to offset not eating a ton.
