And I’m nasty and I’m incomplete
I am angry, I am lost
Yeah I’m hard as stone
I am sore, well I am worried
And I’m disgusted
I am lonely and I’m scared
And it’s crushing me o/`

This is beautifully written, and so true. No matter what is in a persons box, the more we ignore them the bigger they can become inside of us.

Thank you! At the time, I wasn't very thankful. I'd already told Dee that my personal issues were hands off. He kept pressing and then of course I either had to deal with the issues or let them become real problems.

What a great way to describe how many of us handle things we don't want to deal with.

Can't take credit for the analogy but I find it works pretty well. I've even managed, with help, to throw away some of the things I had shoved away. I don't need them any more.

Thanks! This was one I had problems with so I finally just let whatever came get typed out. It's pretty much a piece of autosomatic writing, which is rare for me. I normally edit myself fairly well before a piece gets published.

Thank you! I'm glad it works for you. This was pretty much a spontaneous piece; I typed it out and then didn't look back so I'm happy it makes sense.
