You guys, being a manager is HARD. Ugh. I know all of these crazy SECRETS about people that I can't tell ANYONE. Like someone is pregnant. ...and my parents wonder why I REFUSE to go into leadership at Disney. I don't mind being a go-to person for my friends, but in a working environment, that is OH SO VERY AWKWARD.

I mean, it's only partly that. These people aren't my friends, really. I came into this store already their manager. They aren't going to be my friends. But oh my gosh, their problems are so many. And so angsty.
