I'm getting a portable kind of internet, I'll get some device I just stick in my comp and it takes the internet signal from the air. So I think they have a campaign and have been selling those more than they had in storage which is why it takes so long. But it's still fail.

Now I don't wonder at all why your dad ended up using unfortunately-not-so-effective-threatens on them. That's just not the way new customers should be treated. Sad case, those sonera ppl, really sad. They better take into consideration these problems you've suffered of when it comes to charging!
Hmm, about those tickets... I could reserve them in your name and transfer the money for my ticket so you can pick them up in a week then? I'm sure we'll see before the gig so you can give me my ticket and this'd save me from going to a store here which I'm SO not looking forward to.
This isn't a way any customers should be treated! And we're not new customers, every connection we have (both phone and internet) has been in Sonera since forever. And among those stupid threats dad used that he'll stop being their customer.

True, but don't you take the connection on your own name. If not then, well you surely aren't new. But! Like you said, that shouldn't affect the case at all! well that still usually don't work, they just don't care, really :|
