I've realized that I am, in fact, one of those women who can come up with dozens of things to do with a zucchini. And yes, apparently that's an archetype. Or at least it is in my mind

My mother was able to make a pie with zucchini that tasted just like apple pie.

Of course, I admire anyone who can put food together in meaningful and edible ways.

Would you be willing to share your zucchini bread/muffin recipes? When I was living in Rochester, my roommates and I tried a couple recipes we'd found online, but they all came out soggy. I'd like to try a pre-tested recipe for Thanksgiving this year.
