I was raised Anglican - went to Anglican schools, did the whole chapel-once-a-week thing, church services for all the usual reasons, but it never really stuck with me... & once the inherent hypocrisy of the religion's practices versus the actual message of its figurehead hit home, I vowed to never subscribe to any religion ever

As an avowed Atheistically-leaning Agnostic, I find socio-political decisions made in the name of a religion I don't subscribe to, offensive. I can only imagine it's even worse for all the Muslims, Hindus & Buddhists who live here & have to put up with the ever-increasing Christian power-trip our government is forcing on us
