Y'know the singing isn't all bad all things considered. Once had a roomie who liked to practice rugby in the house at four am. We didn't have much in the way of lighting after a while- destroyed all the lamps.

And Arthur isn't so bad, mate! Just munch on a scone or two and that should keep 'im off your back.
