When I started, we had a team of 9-- me, two recruiters, two trainers, an admin assistant, an assistant HR manager, an HR rep for our Ogden theater (it's pretty far away from the rest of them, and she does all the HR stuff), plus our HR manager. All were full-time.
Now there's the HR manager, one trainer, one recruiter/receptionist (part time), and our Ogden HR rep is part time. So, in essence, they went from a 9-person team to a 2-person team. Which is INSANE.
