Could someone please explain to me these two things?

One: What has happened to an abundance of decent Catherine/Grissom fanfiction?
Two: What do people see between Grissom and Sara ( Read more... )

grissom/catherine, grissom/sara, fanfiction, csi

waffle waffle waffle. you need to get on STARY JOUNREYING's blog. you and her could be great friends. she is a high quality writer who is going thru the lost of her muse. she too feels somewhat like you.

i would venture to say most of the g.......sr writers are younger and have yet to experience the "adult" relationship. after all those that write that 6 sets of twins in four years and gil can't wait to hop on board right after she gave birth to yeat another set of twins and is currently nursing them....need a reality check.

YOU need ot keep writing LEMONJELLY needs to keep writing as does STAR. there are a few great ones out there. the rest of us try to measure up and fail.

huggles and glad you are still alive !!

Thaaaaaaaanks, Rosie! Where do you post your writing??? I don't think I've ever read it!

And I think you added the wrong "lemonjelly" on livejournal, by the way. Lots of people add this other lemonjelly thinking it's me - but she got here first and hasn't posted in a while. I am lemonjelly_ I have an annoying underscore at the end...

I'm baffled, too. GSR makes no sense at all. In fact, I stopped watching most of the currently-ended season because of it. It just seemed too artificial and unappealing. I'd settle for a happily-unattached Grissom if it meant the quality of the shows would improve. I'm not holding my breath, though.

By the way, I added you to my friends list, on a recommendation from Rosie Milholland. I'm a writer (not so much of fan fiction) and have been working on some stories with her, as well as with a few others.

Best,
Boston Margy

But I will agree with you on what you said about Season Seven. From what I saw of it (I missed at least seven episodes because of school, fortunately for my brain), it was mainly superficial, carelessly-characterized, and mind-numbing dribble. There were actual some episodes that made me want to turn off the TV and go salvage my brain with Shakespeare or Stephen King or Ray Bradbury, something that I, dumbly enough, didn't do.

And even while there were a few episodes that more resembled the older CSI, there were enough of the aforementioned "bad" episodes to classify the season as "a stinker," for lack of a more insulting phrase.

Ooh, you write original fiction? *has interest piqued* Well, if it's posted in your journal, I'll have to see it. I'm trying to break into original work myself, but I've yet to write something I like enough to continue.

Thank you for your "best." I trust it will help with the writing. :)

Jade: Well, you deserve them, because your work is perpetually fantastic. I know I haven't reviewed in a while ( ... )
