Anybody remember back in December/January when I was trying to move across the state and the property management company lost my security deposit?

Well, I remember last night when I found a 72-hour eviction notice on my front door for late rent.

The rent I paid on time.

The rent that the property managment company cashed.

Um...You seriously have to get out of there. Either that, or file a major suit against them, get lots of money for it, and then get out of there.

They can't evict you if you have proof that the check was cashed.

But, of course, you know this. ^.^

Some legal action needs to be taken against these f***ers. Eviction notices are bad enough. They're even worse when you don't deserve them.

You must keep me up to date. I will drive down there myself and beat the s**t out of them. Sounds like they need it.

Yeah, they could tell I was upset in the office. The receptionist took my phone number to get back to me after the accounting office fixed it, but never did. That means another trip down there tomorrow. Gits.

What a bunch of jerks!

What if you tried a reverse action? What if you really forgot to pay your bill? According to their logic, they would return you the same sum on your account!
It's worth a shot, I say!
