Basically I was told good and reassuring things too, with some doubtful "read" about my character, like I must be a "domestic person" (lol), but I had kinda expected that. Sometimes it's good to be able to spill out my trivial worries to a stranger. :B
I read a book on palmistry in high school, and somehow this qualified me as an expert, and I read palms all the way through college. I can't see any reason whatsoever why your palm actually ought to predict anything about your life, but it's a great excuse to ask people personal questions.
The only times I've ever had my palm read, though, I've gotten a mixture of stuff that would be true of anybody, stuff so vague that it's not hard to make it apply to you, stuff that's so far into the future you can't tell whether it's true or false, and outright guessing.

Though I actually have a mixed feeling about palmistry (I'm not completely into it but on the other hand I suppose there are some truth in the theory), sometimes it's good to be able to spill out my little worries, I think.
