I posted a Black Canary ficlet on dc_flashfiction called "Maybe when you're older". This time Mom did all the talking, probably inspired in part by the JLA Year One and that Secret Origins story I dug up. That provided a better timeline, because I hadn't realized Mom was still alive after "Longbow Hunters". I infinitely prefer the later Canary in "Birds of Prey" ( Read more... )
