La La Land Records has announced some soundtracks of interests. They're reissuing their limited edition Batman: Animated Series vol 1 soundtrack that's out of print. They're leaving off the two bonus tracks from the initial release. Then they're publishing another volume and possibly planning more in the future, including Superman and Justice

What's special about this version of the X2 soundtrack? I've had the regular one since the movie was out. ("Suite from X2": Greatest movie theme ever.)

Ah, and I do remember the animated "Batman" fondly...

Two cd-set with apparently 50 minutes of additional/unreleased material. I can send you the track list from their newsletter if you like?

That would be excellent. :) And do they say what they'll be charging for it? It *is* such amazing music that if there's extra material, I may have to consider it...
