Wow! A librarian on the Global Frequency! And why not? Are we not the fonts of all knowledge? Or pretend to be? (Actually I distinctly remember one of the people used in the GF pilot worked at the Library of Congress, so it really isn't that out of the realm of possibility.)

I always assumed there was a bibliophile of some sort in the GF. You know, somebody who actually has a copy of Aristotle's Comedy, a complete set of Snow's Planetary Guide, and maybe a fragment of the second volume of the Necronomicon, the one Theodorus Philetas hadn't heard about.
