I don't know if it's just my not-so-good search ability, but I didn't see many online stores sell MILKBOY stuffs. It seems to me that MILKBOY is a brand mostly sold in outlets/shops.
The star necklace is also listed on milkboy official site, http://milkboy.net/.
If you know anyone in japan maybe they can help you buy it from the website or one of the shops where MILKBOY stuffs are sold.
Personally, I think the design of the star is kinda general. If you try searching a few accessory shops, maybe you will find something similar :) .

I'm still loving on Yuki's clothes. totally gay but totally suits him and Tegoshi looks very cute all the time.
(and after thinking a bit, I can say for sure that only Kyohei's style suck in there. And doesn't fit the character from what I remember of him ;D)
