Beginning of the End...

It's 5.468 here and I've got no clue why I'm awake. Although, maybe it's because today happens to be my last Monday of school... ever. Yep, in just 5 days time I start my study leave before my exams and never return to school... I can't believe I'm at this point already!! I've got such mixed emotions about it... Part of me is ready to move on and ( Read more... )

Aww, no worries! I should have been in the last class from highschool too - in the Netherlands, though, but still the last class. I'm not, because I had to repeat a class. When I think about al these guys that were in my class the years before I had to repeat that class, I start to get dizzy. It could have been me, being in the middle of the exams right now. But luckily I'm not - eheheh. I'm happy I have one extra year to... lets say figure it all out. You don't have that, which means you're probably ready more for it. You can do this. I don't know if you're going to work or going to do another study after highschool, but whatever your decision will be: good luck. The afford you put into the things you like to do - which one of them obviously is simming - is great. If you're able to put that in everything else you reach for, I'm sure you'll get there. ^.^

And oh, before I forget to say: it's not the beginning of the end. It's the end of a brandnew beginning. =D

I left for Study Leave on Friday. It's a really odd feeling but it's a step towards the future, I suppose. I'm feeling nostalgic, and some of my best friends decided they aren't going to bother keeping in touch after exams are over.

The last year really did fly by.

I understand your feelings about it. But it's certainly not the end, just a beginning for something new. :) But I know, time does fly and sometimes (or more often) it feels that it flies too fast. :P

I know exactly how you feel. My last day of school (way back in 2001!) was absolutely overwhelming. I think I cried all day long because I was so sad to be leaving what felt like my second home. But that feeling does pass, and you are on your way to even more fun in the future! Enjoy it and congratulations!

Hey, a longtime lurker here. I just wanted to say that I understand how you're feeling right now and aren't alone. My last day of school is next friday ((June 3))and graduation the following monday. I may not leave for college until August but it's hard to say good bye to people you've known for years- I call it graduation goggles. Just focus on the good parts about this change and rememeber to breathe. But most of all HAVE FUN!

P.S. The school year really has seem to moved quickly, hasn't it? Also 5:46 am is that bad. I'm sure it's noon somewhere, lol.
