[Jane stares into her device, quite perplexed. She couldn't make heads or tails of what she saw. Had someone lost their communicator, or perhaps dropped it outside?
But then she sees what appears to be another girl's face. But the face looks... green.
She blinks, not believing her own eyes for a moment. Perhaps the girl's communicator was damaged when it fell, and that's why the colors look strange. Yes, surely that must be it. It must be malfunctioning. Her assumption seems to be confirmed when the different colors suddenly burst onscreen.]
Oh! Oh my! H-hello? Are you all right, miss? Do you need any help?

[Looking at the screen in surprise, the spring sprite blinks quietly. Well, she may not know this human, but she certainly could use help figuring out this communicator, so she nods softly and smiles once more with an edge of pleading. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.]

[She stares, mesmerized by the imagery. She's more confused now than ever, but goodness, whatever was happening on the other end of this video conversation, it certainly looked beautiful. When the strange green girl appears again, the ends of Jane's lips can't help curling into an enchanted smile at the sight of the butterfly in her hand.]
Oh, my, hello there. Thank goodness, it seems you're all right.
[Her expression becomes confused again, trying to figure out what the girl is trying to tell her.]
"Y-yes?" "Yes," you would like some help?

[All that nodding though is enough to shake most of the butterflies from her hair, and her hair seems to float briefly before settling after the motion.]
[In an effort to make her reason for wanting help, she gives the communicator a light tapping, luckily away from the microphone, then shows a confused expression with a shrug of her shoulders.]
