The sirens start without warning, blazing for several minutes before the headmaster's voice comes onto the intercom.]

All students and staff evacuate into the quad. Staff, make sure all the students are present and accounted for!

[Ursula was in a bad enough mood already, what with a certain little redheaded princess suddenly going and disappearing on her. Upon checking her crystal ball, she saw that the little wretch had returned to the sea. She was back home safe under the protection of her daddy, away from Ursula's clutches, and the witch was furious.

What the heck was she going to do now?!

Before she could even start calculating a new plan, some obnoxiously loud alarm started blaring, and now she finds herself forced to be out in the cold with her poor babies in toe, carried by her in their tank. She huffs and heaves underneath the weight, but she wasn't about to leave her beloved pets behind in her office. She mutters darkly to herself, wishing nothing but pain and agony onto that accursed principal for being responsible. Heck, she's tempted to cook up a spell for him later.

She should just head back down to the ocean, she thinks. Really, what reason did she have to continue being at this worthless school any longer?]

[Donatello, oblivious to the true reasons of the woman's obvious dark mood, approaches Ursula, reaching out to help her carry the tank.]

Here, let me help you with that.

[Strange that she's carrying out eels, but Mikey would do the same for Klunk, so Donny's guessing that she's just really attached to those eels.]

[She immediately forces on smile soon as she hears another voice, reminding herself that she's still got to seem trustworthy to these fools, bitter mood or not. That and having the heavy weight lifted a bit honestly feels really great.]

[She takes a moment to shush Flotsam and Jetsam when they hiss at the stranger, before turning to actually look at the boy herself. Naturally she's tad surprised. She wasn't expecting to see another underwater dweller here on land, and her smile becomes laced with amusement.]

My, my. It looks like there are more sea creatures here than I thought.

He carries his end of the tank with relative ease, taking on the majority of the weight. Ninja training comes in handy for something, at least.]

Oh, no, I'm just a mutated turtle. I've never really been in the ocean. [Which is kind of pathetic. Donatello, you really need to explore your turtle-y roots more.]

[Mike notices his brother and salutes to him from a bit away, walking over towards him. He jerks his thumb over behind him towards where Don is.]

Don brought coffee if you're cold.

[Yeah, that's your brother for you, Don. Offering other people's drinks without asking.]

[He notices the way Leo straightens his posture, but doesn't bring attention to it. Mike knew that Leo was trying to impress him, and part of him hated that. At the same time, though, it was good to know that Leo respected him.]

[Mike shrugs.] If it's warm, it's warm. [He frowned slightly.] But I don't like the fact Donny's got it ready at two in the mornin'.

[Overhearing the comment, the spring sprite walks to move closer to the tall man. Perhaps he has some idea of what that awful noise was about if he has an idea as to why they've been asked to collect in the quad. She peers up at him, curiosity overriding her sleepiness for the moment.]

[Kronk yawns; a huge, oversized yawn - and then he opens his eyes and blinks.

...Oh. ...Woah!

...Are you always this tiny?

[Come her season, the sprite is never sleeping, but with the onset of the winter season, she should have begun her hibernation. Instead, she sleeps during the night and has been supplementing with long sun baths in the garden each day.]

[Try as she might at 2 am, she could not ignore the blaring sirens as they put out such an awful sound. She hasn't the faintest idea what it means however, so she only leaves the garden after she hears the instruction from the headmaster.]

[Walking across the grounds, she'll come to stand at the edge of the crowd as she tries to shake the sleepiness that has dulled her usually vibrant color. Anyone that gets close to her will find out very quickly that she radiates heat. After all, spring is the season in which the warmth returns and stirs life from slumber.]
