Just finished a pro story that WOULD NOT DIE OMG. I cannot write short stories. Anyone who’s witnessed any of my fanfiction should be hilariously aware I cannot write short stories. Writing. The only career in which you have to apologise for doing twice as much work for free.

Oh lord, yes. My freelance article wordcounts have lately multiplied like rabbits. It's embarrassing and yet I cannot seem to stop. Thank god for understanding editors.

I want to hug your little brother now. My eyes just got wider and wider reading that! I'm an only child so I can only come at this from an "older friends I've admired" angle, but I can imagine that when you're siblings, disappointment like that is many-shaded and far-reaching... sounds like it's going to be hard for middle brother too.
