The so called stolen pieces of evidence were first presented outside of the courtroom--merely to verify a hypothesis, if you will. A perfectly legitimate action.
When they were eventually presented in court, they were of course verified through the standard means.
Standard means? Those pieces were illegal no matter which way you want to twist it, Worthy--they were acquired through the flagrant misconduct of a district prosecutor and detective, remember?
Members of a self-confessed rogue group whose members are no longer part of the Prosecutor's Office or the force. We cannot approve of the means the evidence was initially acquired, but their acquisition for the investigation into former ambassador Alba was done perfectly legitimately.
