I forgot about the Pong home system we had. *blip* By the way, you can play a flash version in the header for http://blog.wired.com/games/. *blip* Click the yellow banner to play. *0 | 1*
I've read about your playing of Sims Castaway. I've been tempted to get it because of that. What's a typical hour of gameplay for you now? Is it minigames ... earning Simoleans to buy collectibles ... adventuring about the island?
Currently, PS3, Gaming PC, Xbox 360, Wii, DS and, most recently, a PSP. In the past, I've owned most of the major consoles (NES, SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PS1/2, Gamecube, Xbox, Gameboy, Gameboy Advance, etc.).
I've gotten Burnout Legends, Lumines, Patapon, Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee, Daxter, and LocoRoco. I have yet to play them in depth other than what I've recently reviewed. The racing graphics on Burnout Legends astound me at the PSP's capacity for displaying visuals.
This is the second time I've owned a PSP. The first time I had Lumines aaaaannnd....that was about it.
Now, though, I own God of War, Daxter, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, Dead Head Fred, Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony, and Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness.
God of War and the FFVII game are amazing looking for a PSP game. I was shocked at how they look. I really want to get LocoRoco, Patapon and re-purchase Lumines (maybe the sequel instead), but I've spent way too much this month on games!
