Oh Jared!!!! How I've missed these:

Dearest @Favor "Kobe" at customer support needs to be fired. I'm sure he'd land happily with @united

. @jensenackles & I waited over an hour for @Favor for 6 combined kids. No phone call or text to let us know it got cancelled. #NeverAgain. pic.twitter.com/TL6tn0JksJ

He's every right to be unhappy with poor service and to speak out publicly (he's certainly not unique in using platforms like twitter to vent his spleen in this way), but previous reactions where he's posted the accused's photo along with their name and place of work have - I'll be honest - sadly soured my opinion of him as a person because that's a pretty mean thing to do to someone.

Fortunately, this one's quite tame for him (at least it's a little more anonymous). I imagine the hate he's getting is because he's starting to get a bit of a reputation for doing this. I'm sure he's a lovely guy and it'd be a shame for it to overshadow all the stuff he does for charity.

He gets hate for just breathing. It really is quite vile and disgusting some of the things I read.

As for the rest, I'm just gonna say I agree to disagree and leave it at that.

Years ago I worked in a call centre and I still maintain that some people said some of the stuff they said simply because they didn't have to do it to your face. The internet feels like that, times a billion sometimes. Half the time, I think people don't actually even dislike the person or thing they're commenting on - more they just like the power of giving thumbs down or leaving a nasty comment.

When I first read his tweet, I didn't know what Favor was - for some reason I thought it was a taxi company and had visions of him and Jensen trying to coral six children into not running off / being run over while they waited on the side of the road for an hour!

Sometimes though hun, he really does need to learn to reign it in. Like the last time he posted pics of the person who gave him bad personal service. Not cool. I am completely behind him calling out the biggies but singular peeps, no, bad form.

I don't agree. I think he handled it well. He's spoken about how he won't allow himself to treated badly without speaking out against it and for that I admire him so much.

Do I think he sometimes over-reacts and tweets too quickly? I do but haven't we all done that, said things in the heat of the moment? Yes. We are only human and so is he. I know and accept that he's not perfect.

There's nothing wrong with this reaction to bad customer service. I'd have done the same, and in fact--have done exactly this. Only not having access to social media at the time, I got in my car, went to the place from which I ordered food that never came, and explained precisely why I would never use their services again.
