Oh Jared!!!! How I've missed these:
Dearest
@Favor "Kobe" at customer support needs to be fired. I'm sure he'd land happily with
@united- Jared Padalecki (@jarpad)
April 16, 2017 .
@jensenackles & I waited over an hour for
@Favor for 6 combined kids. No phone call or text to let us know it got cancelled.
#NeverAgain.

Fortunately, this one's quite tame for him (at least it's a little more anonymous). I imagine the hate he's getting is because he's starting to get a bit of a reputation for doing this. I'm sure he's a lovely guy and it'd be a shame for it to overshadow all the stuff he does for charity.

As for the rest, I'm just gonna say I agree to disagree and leave it at that.

Years ago I worked in a call centre and I still maintain that some people said some of the stuff they said simply because they didn't have to do it to your face. The internet feels like that, times a billion sometimes. Half the time, I think people don't actually even dislike the person or thing they're commenting on - more they just like the power of giving thumbs down or leaving a nasty comment.
When I first read his tweet, I didn't know what Favor was - for some reason I thought it was a taxi company and had visions of him and Jensen trying to coral six children into not running off / being run over while they waited on the side of the road for an hour!

Do I think he sometimes over-reacts and tweets too quickly? I do but haven't we all done that, said things in the heat of the moment? Yes. We are only human and so is he. I know and accept that he's not perfect.
