Traditional Italian cooking isn't well... Italian. Believe it or not there is no such thing as Spaghetti and Meatballs in Italy. Just some flowery sounding name of a soup with a tomato base. I know it's usually French things that sound flowery, but anything with "Bolognese" in the name just ain't right in my opinion
