what's wrong with iodized salt?

you have a greenhouse? I need one!! I can't have a vegetable garden 'cuz of the wildlife...

I told you I have a green house. We were discussing a sun room on your house. As for what is wrong with Iodized salt? Nothing. It just takes too little of it before you lose the flavor of your food to the salt. It is so easy to over salt things with it that you end up replacing the flavor instead of enhancing the flavor.
