Follow this with Lawrence vs. Texas which outlaws sodomy laws and overturned Bowers vs. Hardwick. Or Oncale v. Sundowner Offshore Services which upholds same sex harassment suits.

Now see the only one I remember off the top of my head is Brown v The Board of Education, which I would think might be the second most recalled.

Good one.

When Mildred Loving died this spring, NPR did a story on her and I was sobbing in the car. I will admit I wasn't familiar with any specifics of their case before that news story.
