RSS and Me

In response to urbanbohemian's announced plan to only post content over at his regular blog from now on, I decided it was time to set up a blog feed reader. Being as I generally read blogs at the office (I mean, c'mon, you do too--and besides, some are work-related), I decided to use Outlook and intraVnews, which seems to be popular with the kids these days ( Read more... )

Hmmm...the good news is that seemed to work to get my Blogger feeds set up--thanks!

The bad news is that I still can't get some of my locked LJ feeds to work properly, and there's no rhyme or reason for why some work, and others don't.

Well, here's what's really annoying: I do get some locked content from some of my LJ friends--just not all of them. There's a place in intraVnews to indicate that it's a private feed requiring a subscription, so I'm using my LJ login and password. It just seems to only work for some, though. I wonder if different blog templates within LJ support this feature, while others do not?
