Costume Checklist: A list of everything you need to bring with you to every performance, including costumes, make-up, snack items, comp tickets to leave with the box office, meds, glasses, etc. Check it leaving for the theater and coming back from the theater. It's a great stress reducer.

My sister got breast cancer at a relatively early age (45? One or two years earlier?), and after finding out about the BRACA gene and the chances it brings on, chose to get a double mastectomy and also get her ovaries (and maybe other bits? Not sure.) removed due to the chances of further potential cancer.

She's doing very well so far, at least 5 years on now.
