If you haven't gotten your fill of awful (police brutality, rambling,TM)

Within 12 hours I learned of two things getting more attention. In one, police killed someone for no reason that makes any sense at all, and in another they only just beat the living daylights out of him.

Yeah I think you need to re-evaluate your "officer friendly" trope. The police are not your friend. Of course, I'm predisposed to be suspicious of cops because of my criminal past. Back in my druggy days, I was systematically beaten with towel dispensers in the mensroom of a bar by narcotics cops, because I wouldn't give up my connection. I pissed blood for three days.

Even though you're a cute chick, I'd be careful. Periodically here in New Orleans, cops are charged with sexual assault. It's quite common to get pulled over here just because the cop is bored and wants to leer down your cleavage.
