The clouds were simply amazing the whole time. We were walking Westward, but I kept turning around. Not only did they provide a really nice skyscape, but they kept it to a perfect temperature for a brisk walk.
I'd not expected this shot to come out anywhere near as well as it did - when I viewed it on the camera the WW2 barely showed up. We were rushing toward Metro by then, so I didn't try to take more.
I've got a copy of Photoshop CS3 and an associated Classroom in a Book; I'm thinking it might be really neat to try to pull some of the darker areas a little lighter. (Haven't messed with any of these other than sizing.)
