The morning. It went away.

Well, I bailed on going dancing after MomRehab, although I did do a set of the exercises for 200 squats, and some situps, and some arm stuff. My knees click and eventually hurt when I do that many squats, so this might not be clever.

first there was the sleep. and dreams. and lack of sleep. )

Our inspection stickers are pretty hard to read. My /registration/ sticker is prominent, and it wasn't until a couple days ago that I happened to look closely at the sticker on the other side of the car and go "oops"

How long is the extension? I didn't think to ask. The info on "yes, that'll fail" was given to BadM when he told the guy he was trying to convince a friend to bring her car in but it had a broken bumper.

Oh also the length of time spent in inspection here is mostly having to idle the car around several blocks of line. The inspection itself doesn't take very long. But yeah. If I'd been a little more awake I might have made a different decision.

Well, I drove on an expired VA inspection for 11 months without any issues in VA or MD. But that does not mean I'd recommend it as a functional policy.

fiddletoo says they fine you when you finally do take it in for inspection, so I guess I should take it in this weekend. OTOH, I kinda want to know what the extension sticker looks like, as the main sticker is all but illegible from more than a foot or two away, which is why I didn't actually notice it was expired.

Ooh.. that's just nasty.

I wound up changing my license and reg to Maryland before I got around to re-inspecting in VA, so I have no data about that portion of things.
