Ebay Horror... aka... I am never helping people on Ebay again.

Ok. As you guys know, I used to collect Pokemon cards. In fact, I still have a bulk of my Pokemon and Yugioh cards here in mint or slightly less condition. If I have something in really bad condition, I let people know

By low, I mean they only had 10 feedbacks left for them, but they were all 100%.

Actually, me and the seller already settled outside of Ebay's legal department. They paid me back through paypal so I am sending out the cards tomorrow.

I have had to use the Ebay legal system twice. Once was because I had an auction going and the item on auction got damaged, so I had to have the seller say that he is not interested in the deal anymore and I got my fees back. Then I had to file a report with them because the person who won the bid never paid me. I tried contacting them for weeks but not one reply. Then after I got Ebay involved they finally paid me and I sent out the item.

Actually their legal system is pretty good. And with the new buyers protection they have going on it is even better than it was before. Though I know they are not going to be amazing for everything. I actually know what I am doing when I do deals with Ebay.

just that like any legal system.... it's reliant on both sides playing nice

it's the sellers/buyers I have trouble trusting not Ebay it'self

of course that does stop me from caving in on some of the really cheap things...^_^
and there are proffesional stores running through Ebay

I am glad the seller was willing to admit their mistake
