Even though the clouds cover the sky and the fields should be pitch black, the ocean of snow outside my door glows an erthreal shade of blue and all is as silent as the night before the very first dawn.
Even though I'm not christian some songs just sort of fit the occasion.

The eclipse getting clouded out was a total bummer. Who wants to look at snow falling when you know that hidden behind those dreary clouds the moon is slowly turning blood red?
