The day here too! In Ireland it is currently RAINING and being WINTERY, and I love it all. It is blustery, and the wind is fighting with the remaining yellow and red leaves all over the place. I went to the beach outside Dublin today & it was the sort of grey sky that makes you realize how enormous weather really is. It dropped rain at us in a teasing sort of way, and the waves were huge and full and wet. Glorious.
I do SO eat. When I actually get hungry, I eat myself out of house and home. I've never had any Issues about stuffing my face and I've never been a picky eater. I just don't get the urge predictably. Though, honestly, I think commuting downtown on the CTA every day and living in a 3rd-floor walkup and being more of a social butterfly makes a difference--I burn more energy, therefore I crave more. Someone who lives a totally sedentary existence as I used to just doesn't NEED much food.
Mmmmm, spinach. I have a bag too. I use it in sandwiches where most people use lettuce - lettuce is too bland for me.
I'm sorry you had a shitty day. But soon you'll be in ISRAEL and nothing has cheering power like a total change of scenery and jolting culture shock. :D
You can has GO fic when I finish it. (20,000 words and counting OMG)

I love the British Isles for their weather.
More than anything, I love seasons and seasonal change. I could easily have been a meteorologist or a stormchaser in another lifetime.

I'm happy to hear that you have an appetite, miss "I never eat"
I'm happy to have slept in my own bed and be breathing well after several days of sleeping in my recliner chair and not breathing well.
I'm happy to be on the mend and wearing a big thick sweater and planning to go out even if it's just to get more cough medicine.
