Me and Ashley are going to try out a new church by her house wed night. Come with us. We've decided we need a place to go too. It's an amazing feeling when you just get yourself wrapped up in God. I want you to experience it too. I LOVE YOU and i'm always, always here.
I hope you don't think being religious is the only way that you can start over and be a better person.. because it's not. If you really feel that getting back into this God thing is going to give you incentive then fine, or even if you're unsure just give it a go or whatever. But yeah. God works in really fucked up ways so don't think he's just going to grant you a wonderful life or anything.
I'm not bashing - being Catholic and all that.. but investing in it too much is just.. not helpful for anyone.
if you decide to give your life to jesus you have to realize it won't make all your problems disappear. Most of the time, prayer and time alone with Him are the answer.
You will still have problems. Christ will be there to help you thru them though.

I was where I suppose you are 4 years ago this Nov. Thats when I gave my life to Christ. And that guy is right. It doesn't automatically give you a good life.
