PROJECT: Study of Impact of Socialization, Subject Echo-11.
PURPOSE: To analyze this socialization and determine trends based upon any and all data obtained if Echo-11 is significantly altered in temperament, aggression, power level, or ability, and how this would affect the Malnosso Organization.
HYPOTHESIS: The day to day life of Subject Echo-11 is greatly influenced by interaction he receives with other subjects within the Luceti Project. It is believed that this interaction may cause a shift in the subject's battle-readiness... or battle-willingness.

Subject Echo-11, more commonly referred to as “Adell,” and hereafter the individual referred to as “the Subject,” is from a universe filled with powerful demons and monsters. He is no exception, Echo-11, when at full capacity, has the potential to wipe out the entire planet in one fell swoop if desired. The importance of the Subject cannot be understated. Combat data against the Third Party forces show levels of power dangerous to the Organization should Shifting technology fail in restraining him. It was this power that initially brought him to my attention. After initial study, I determined that not only does this “Adell” possess powers that classify him as a top-level security concern, he has the personal magnetism and means to attract others to him, and rally support from virtually anyone of any power level. As the leader of the village's “defense organization”, the Subject has access to some of the most dangerous and capable test subjects within the enclosure. Note that this does not make him a threat, but it is something that should be noticed.
Echo-11 is a fascinating and utterly unique specimen in the Luceti Project. I feel for this reason it is very important to study and monitor aspects of the Subject's character, life, actions, and importantly, his choice in company... and how it all affects him... and how he affects others. Within the past eight months of the start of the study, the Subject has seen a substantial amount of his support base be Shifted back to their universes, and this has had a marked impact on his psyche. For the sake of understanding the depth of this change, included are the dossiers of just a few of the missing test subjects he was known to collaborate with. Individuals of this importance will remain held in this file even if they are Shifted back to their reality.
Listed below are the individuals I have deemed significant to Echo-11's development in the Luceti Project. Included in each profile is the test subject's Science Team “Hotel” identification code, layman's name, universe name, status of presence, and meters displaying the estimated impact the individual has on Echo-11, the estimated level of impact Echo-11 has on the individual, Echo-11's estimated level of affection or friendship with the individual, and the individual's estimated level of threat to the Organization based upon their own ability, under the assumption our containment Shifts failed. Additionally, I will be providing a small analysis of each subject.
