I realize that I constantly come off as pessimistic when it comes to school-related activities or anything else regarding school spirit due to the lack of enthusiasm and pride for my school, so I apologize the many times that I have used this journal as an outlet for my frustration of the stupidity that is Chiles.  Please allow me to make one last

i very much agree with you in regards to the anticlimatic nature and general insignificance of graduation. people got so excited .. and i was completely bored the entire time..
(not to mention pretty pissed that I was dressed formally only to walk into pouring rain and get soaked... yes.)

haha. i know what you mean about the formality. did you not know you were going to graduate? but then again, this was the FINAL school activity that we had to attend and now we NEVER have to see any of those teachers again if we don't want to. so there is excitement in that.

I had similar qualms about graduation...but thankfully ours wasn't too bad.
