WOAH! They really needed to put "work" in the job description. I mean, geesh! That's not fair to throw that in at the last minute!!! He should have emailed you at 10:30, right when he got to the office, to let you know that the speakers for your ipod would be set up and ready to go ... right after he got back from the (long) lunch he was about to have. :)
