Complaining, itchy post

Wow, I haven't been on here in a while! (not usually on here at 2:40am either! LOL! There is a nerve in left arm that keeps firing, manifesting as an intense itch - but there's nothing to scratch! OMG! It's driving me wild!! Hopefully I can go to sleep soon!
