Germany - being a foreigner in the grocery store..

Hey!!

So, I'm here in Hamburg, Germany with Mira :) We've been pretty busy..but, in a really
good way! Mira's flatmates are both very lovely and extremely welcoming - I feel like I'm right at home here :)

I have always wondered what it would be like to try and buy food, not speaking a word of the language of the country that I needed to buy food in.

I suppose I know now.

Huzzah for adventures in non-english speaking countries! :) Sounds like you are having an awesome time. I'd love to experience Christmas in the northern hemisphere. Also, Ze Germans know how to do Christmas well. Mmmmmm gingerbread and stollen.
