mmmm, that's a good question. i'd say around 80 years old, but i'll check that.

I kinda imagined it was a pre-revolution style for some reason, (thus agreeing with you), but then what would I know about Russian architectural styles...

в этих домах почему-то вообще цветов очень много, практически в каждом окне!
