Today is officially day two of the strike, and because I'm timetabled to work Thursdays, the first day I'm actually taking part in it to any degree. Whether or not it will do any good, noone really knows - but if the Union calls, its pretty much one of those things you have to do

If you're just after the SS arc, you really have a long way to go before Midorin's character appears XD He's one of those "I-play-nice-but-am-in-fact-an-evil-conspirator" characters that totally fit Midorikawa's voice, for some reason. I love him already XD

I think there are about 30 eps I haven't seen, maybe 40. I think I got to around ep 143 last time I watched the series, which was last year...but I decided I might as well go back to the beginning since I like the SS arc. Not so keen on the bount arc but at least it's Ishida orientated...

I read that about Midorin's character. One of the reasons I'm looking forward to seeing it XD and probably the main reason I'm rewatching Bleach at all.

And yes. Yorihisa is love. Bless XD

I like Bleach. Took me forever to get caught up, but hey :D
I like the Soul Society arc better than the next few for some reason XD Even though two of my favourite characters get the most screentime at that point ^-^
I likes Kisuke, Kira and Ichimaru ^-~ Yes, one's evil, one's more than a bit wet and the other one's mad, but, knowing me, what did you expect? :D
*laughs* I think everyone wants to do that to Ichigo at some point XD
You know, I didn't actually twig that it was Midorikawa when I first started watching that filler arc XD I usually don't like the fillers (Bount arc went straight over my head ^-^) but I'm getting fairly attached to this one. *shrug*

It's a shame that Nnoitra and Midorin's character aren't appearing in the same arc so can't face off against each other *wishful thinking of a yuugi fangirl there ^_^*

I really like the Arrancar arc more than I thought I would, but that might be because Ishida's so damn funny in it so far. He gets so damn frustrated with the people around him it's hilarious. I loved him all the more for that.

I don't like the Bount arc except that it digs into Ishida quite a bit. But it's not canon Ishida, so it's a bit of a double-edged sword. I can't imagine Ishida saying "thank you" with a smile if he was told by Ichigo-tachi that they'd protect him. He's a proud Quincy, isn't he? But meh. It has it's good and bad points, but it goes on way too long.
