I admit that my apartment is less than ideal in many ways, but one of the positive aspects is that I can walk out the front door and across a few yards of lawn and sidewalk, and watch an excellent fireworks display without having to fight crowds or traffic, or even bring earplugs.  Many of the residents of my apartment complex come out to watch ( Read more... )

Does anybody else look at those ridiculous "One Flat Stomach Rule: Obey" ads online and think Daleks?  "Obey...obey..."

Just think how boring I'd be if I'd watched regular TV at an impressionable age instead.  :P
